Lately in Waverly’s world // A fun weekend with Mimi & PawPaw. Cousin Ava’s birthday party. Cove teaching Waverly how to drive a Hot Wheels for the first time. The last swim of the fading summer. Being my constant Target buddy. Sneaking into Mom & Dad’s bed on the cold mornings for warm snuggles.
Right now is my favorite age by far. It’s like getting a glimpse into her future personality and how she’s going to be as a little lady. She has a flare for the dramatic and is soft hearted. She loves to sing and wants to do everything herself. I feel like once the potty training is over it will be official: big kid status.

This past weekend we spent the entire day out by the pool at my ‘rent’s house which happens to currently have quite a wasp population.
So all day long we would jump out of the pool and try to kill the wasps before they could get us. Waverly learned a thing or two about how it was done and decided to re-enact.
