False alarms...
*As we crawl into bed for the night I accidentally knocked over a bottle of water on my bedside table
Me: Oh, crap! My water bottle!
Hub: What?!! You're water broke???
Me: Noooo....I knocked over my water bottle.
Hub: Oh. Well, I could have sworn you said your water broke.
Yeah, the labor alarm level at our household has been elevated from yellow to orange.

Were you ready to be a father?
A new blog I just started following I LOVE because it’s from a Dad’s perspective…and we all love Dads…I think it’s brilliant.

Oliver Twist
(as our puppy Oliver sulks to his bed in the corner like a mope...)

Hub: Yeah, dogs are more intuitive than we think.
Me: Really? I mean nothings changed yet. We still spend all day together.
Hub: Yeah, but it's like those dogs that can sense natural disasters.
Me: Well this is no natural disaster...he's just getting a sister.
Hub: To Oliver that is a natural disaster...
Here's hoping our dog doesn't run away from home once Waverly arrives...
